Mike Miller
Archer Daniels Midland

Perspectives from the trenches:  General observations and lessons learned from the global implementation of Values Based Safety at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) that positively impacted over 40,000 employees.  Seen from the vantage point of one who helped implement the process, I’ll discuss how we see the behavioral process currently impacting our safety journey and potential next steps for this process.

Mike has worked for ADM since 2001 with most of his career spent in operations, and has spent the last eight years helping manage the VBS process.  As one of the original ADM internal VBS facilitators trained by QSE, he has a unique perspective on implementing and sustaining the behavior safety process across a large global organization. Mike is currently certified as a CSP and received a master’s in Business from the University of Illinois and a master’s in Manufacturing Technology from Illinois State University.

This keynote will be recorded.
