Date: Wednesday, March 25, 2020
Time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

The safety related miscues we make at work are highly synonymous with our personal struggles at home. Faced with countless decision points throughout the day and without time for rationale, we’re often left with choosing between what feels best in the moment, vs what’s most beneficial to our long-term survival in safety and beyond. In the workshop we will explore the behavioral pitfalls responsible for keeping us from achieving results and discuss how to manage the distractions associated with life in today’s ever-changing environmental landscape.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. Participants will learn employee engagements impact on critical business outcomes.
  2. Participants will learn the difference between people coming to work because they feel like they have to, vs creating an environment where people come to work because they genuinely want to (and leadership’s role in this).
  3. Participants will be able to recite the four behavioral pitfalls that get in the way of achieving results and how to overcome them.
